Tasting note:

So very pretty! Floral loveliness wafts up from the glass in a profusion of lime blossoms and lemon zest. Light- to medium-bodied. Terrific aperitif or companion to many dishes. Food matches: soy and maple mustar stained prawns, Thai cuisine, sushi, grilled shellfish, grilled chicken or baked fish.
