When Halliday said this wine “needs time to knit” he wasn’t talking about a hobby, but rather that a couple of years would benefit the wine’s balance and harmony. More than two years on, expect this wine to be fully stitched together. Red-crimson; an elegant medium-bodied with blackberry, plum and red cherry fruits intermingling on the bouquet and palate before tannins appear on the finish; needs time to knit. Drink until 2018.
