Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Pinot Blanc is somewhat of a rarity in Ontario, particularly when bottled as a stand-alone varietal wine. Loaded with lovely texture, this is a mouthfilling Pinot Blanc showing pear, apple, white peach, nectarine and mineral. Round, juicy and super-smooth with a rush of bright acidity bringing mid-palate crispness. Balanced, tangy finish. A versatile food wine. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
