This was a great year for Pinot at Henry of Pelham. This vintage has big mouthfeel, tons of classic earth flavours on the nose and palate and has aged very nicely. A great value Pinot Noir at $16.95. The catch is 2007's will be tough to find, so I recommend buying the 2010 and letting it sit for 2-3 years.

With intense flavour for a mid-weight red, this wine shows pure berry fruit with a pronounced toasted quality as well as notes of roasted game and bitter chocolate, finishing with fine, mouth coating tannins. Score: 90 Source: Beppi Crosariol, Globe and Mail

Made from several vineyard sites, primarily our own estate. Harvest dates September 21 to October 9th, 2007. Yields of 1 to 3 Tonnes/acre (~17 to 52 hL/ha)Fermented in stainless and aged in European oak with 30% new.
