Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Attractive sweet cherry, dried flowers, bacon fat, tarragon and dried cranberry aromas and flavours. Dry and quite flavourful with good support from silky tannins and fresh acidity. Medium-full bodied with a lengthy, generously fruity/tangy finish. Another fine Pinot from Central Otago. My note: Humongous acidity that will dance with food. Big tart, saucy cherries. Medium-bodied and smooth. Food matches: grilled lamb chops and wild mushroom risotto.
