We LOVE spicy Thai food and this provides the perfect match! This wine has a pale straw colour with rose petal and lychee and a touch of spice in aroma and flavour. The sweetness is balanced by a lime citrus finish and as mentioned, pairs INCREDIBLE with spicy dishes ... especially Thai!!

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
