Hakutsuru was founded in 1743, and translates as “white crane.” This graceful bird represents the elegant taste and quality of their sake. It is made from a 250-year-old recipe This smooth, full-bodied Sake can be served hot or cold. When served hot, it matches well with dishes featuring soy sauce, or with Tempura. When served cold it is perfect for halibut sashimi, or crab rolls. This is organic.
