Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This blockbuster of a wine is certified biodynamically grown. Opaque ruby with a hint of garnet. Cassis, mocha, mineral/graphite, black licorice and woodsmoke. Dry, fruit driven, but with good structure from velvety tannins. Big, lushly textured wine that may be cellared 2+ years. My note: Classic and enduring, this staple Cabernet in the heart of Napa Valley is made from biodynamically grown grapes. Black fruit and anise abound wrapped in woodsmoke. Perfect wedding gift. Food matches: veal medallions in a red wine sauce.
