Tasting note:

Fifth-generation winemaker Grant Burge's roots in Barossa go deep, tracing back to 150 years ago when his family settled and planted grapes in this now-celebrated region. The Anniversary Release line celebrates Burge's heritage, and the passion and vision that continues to inspire his winemaking today. This Cabernet is elegant and complex, with black-fruit flavors balanced by chocolate and smoky notes. My note: Beautifully structured Cabernet with layers of cedar and cassis. Full-bodied. Food matches: charcoal grilled rib-eye steak.
