Tasting note:

A hulking, brooding wine with aromas of dark fruit, spices, white pepper and cedar smoke. The vines for this wine were grown in limestone soil and the grapes were hand-harvested. The wine spent 16 months in French and American oak before bottling. Food matches: spicy turkey sausage, lamb vindaloo, steak fajitas, bison steak, grilled mushrooms.
