Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Domaine des Sablons is one of the Saint-Amour appellation’s finest single cru properties. This Gamay is reminiscent of well-made Bourgogne Pinot Noir: elegantly balanced, graceful and refined. It has delicate yet bright flavors and a light body. My note: A fresh, lively red with aromas that ripple with new strawberries and raspberries. Silky texture and zippy acidity. A wonderful aperitif. Food matches: salmon and cream cheese dip, grilled salmon, pate, grilled lamb.
