Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: An exciting wine for Barolo fans new and old. Layered and wonderfully complex on the nose with pleasing sweet tea, tamarind spice, plum and leather notes. The palate is medium bodied with firm tannins but enough fruit to keep things balanced. Dried cherry, spice and a sweet fruit core make this a delicious wine. An excellent value. My note: Holy honkin tannins batman! Okay so we either need 3 hours decants a little patience with this baby in the cellar. Black fruit, violets and smoke. Great price for Barolo. Food matches: braised beef dishes, aged hard cheeses.
