Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Exceptionally well-made, fresh Zinfandel with intriguing aromas of dark chocolate, sweet cherry, plum, smoked meat and nettle tea. Dry, ripe, rich and almost sweetly fruity, but nicely pulled back from being jammy by velvety tannins and a fine, zippy acidity. A natural for winter-barbecue. My note: Zingy and savoury with fleshy ripe blackberry and blueberry aromas. Balanced, supple, smooth and wonderful. Food matches: barbecued ribs, beef brisket.
