Tasting note:

You gotta love the name of this wine! Fortunately, it tastes great too. Muscular notes of black fruit, cigar box, brambleberry and dark spices rush out from the glass in this big, honkin’ wine. It’s smooth but not shy. This wine is a blend of Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Food matches: grilled cheese sandwich, coq au vin, meat fondue, steak with a mustard soy sauce, corned beef and cabbage.
