Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: An extremely tasty Ontario Riesling with a kiss of sweetness. Lovely fresh notes of lime, green apple, spring flowers, mineral and sweet pear. Off-dry, medium bodied and juicy, with bright acidity making for superb balance and a mouth-watering finish. Has cellaring potential (3-5 years), or enjoy it tonight. My note: The touch of melon sweetness here makes this wine so much more delicious and versatile with food, from glazed ham to medium curries. This is a delightful wine, light and spritely. Food matches: seafood tempura, planked salmon, summer salads with fresh fruit.
