Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Using only handpicked fruit from the estate's vineyards, this blend of 60% shiraz and 40% cabernet sauvignon is aged for 8 months in a combination of both American and French oak barrels. Offering impressive depth, this fruit-forward wine features concentrated blackberry and raspberry fruit flavors, a touch of spice, smoke and sweet oak on the lingering finish. My note: Fantastic concentration and depth of flavor. Wow! Food matches: braised beef.
