Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Handling: Machine harvested at 2:00 am at -6 degrees Celsius, juice yield less than 350 litres per tonne. Pressing of grapes took a total of three days.
Fermentation: Fermented with commercial yeast strain DV10. Wine was left on lees for 90 days total, 105 grams per litre of residual sugar.
