Tasting note:

Lovely apricot jam and spiced honey notes on the nose. Terrific balance of sweetness and acidity. Wonderful after-dinner drink with many fruit desserts, biscotti and good conversation.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Handling: Harvested by machine at 3:00 am, minus 9.2 degrees Celsius. Ice wine fruit was pressed for three consecutive days. Juice yield less than 120 litres per tonne and transferred into stainless steel fermentation tank.
36 hours of natural cold settling then racked off gross lees.
Pink hue to juice prior to fermentation.
Fermentation: Fermented with commercial yeast strain DV10 . Fermentation temperature set to 12.5 degrees Celsius and began 3rd January 2009. Fermentation lasted three week until completion.
