Beautiful intensity of fruit flavor! Full-bodied aromas of black cherry, licorice, dark spices and blackberries. Polished tannins with a long finish. You’ll be the hero of the dinner party if you give this bottle to your host. Food matches: shepherd’s pie, brisket, bison steak, lamb shank.
