Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Today, most Amarone producers rely on three grapes, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Six grapes are allowed but rare is the producer who uses them all. Farina is one such producer. By using all six - the other three grapes are Molinara, Negara and Dindarella - Farina makes Amarone in its classic composition. The results are full, complex and forceful. My note: Full-bodied with cherry liqueur aromas. Food matches: grilled lamb.
