Tasting note:

This blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc offers generous aromas of fleshy-ripe blackberry, cassis and blackcurrant. Full-bodied and supple. It was aged for 12 months in 85% French oak and 15% American oak, 30% of which was new. Splendid sweep of aromas here on a long finish that's infused with dark spices and smoke. Food matches: osso bucco, dijon lamb shops, braised beef.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Bright ruby-red in colour, this wine has an
expressive nose of fresh red fruit that is very nicely complemented by sweet spices such as cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg from the oak. Light balsamic touches enhance the
complexity. Fine tannins lend a velvety,
friendly, and firm mouthfeel. The flavours
confirm the wine’s aromatic profile, in which
sweet spice and red and black fruit
predominate. Its excellent acidity foretells this wine’s tremendous cellaring potential.
