Vintages Wine Panel: Eric Louis is a fourth-generation family member to work vineyards in the heart of the Loire Valley. His Sancerre Rouge exhibits characteristic Pinot Noir aromas of violets and spice. This well-structured wine is intense and fruity. My note: This red has vibrant aromas of raspberries and cherries - tart and refreshing. Food matches: fish, roast chicken, chicken.
