 | Nose: leathery and honied; astonishingly soft and delicate; Taste: at first sweetcorn, then a gradual build-up of spices, though the sweetness refuses to fade while a vague murmur of fruit can be found; Finish: long, lots of vanilla threading through, while the small grains and late rye are a treasure.
