Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Dufouleur Père & Fils have been winemakers and merchants in Burgundy for over 400 years. This 2007 Chambolle-Musigny more than lives up to the reputation they have earned over their 13 generations of operation. Notes of vanilla, cherry, earth and a nutty oak character emerge on the nose of this wine. The palate is elegant with rich and lively fruit, great acidity and well integrated tannins, finishing medium-long and fruity. My note: beautifully produced with seductive aromas of black cherries, earth and violets. Smooth and medium- to full-bodied on the palate. Mouth-watering acidity makes it very food friendly. Food matches: simply seasoned lamb.
