Duckhorn – one of Napa Valley’s iconic wineries – built its reputation on the back of its legendary reds, but their Sauvignon Blancs are highly sought-after too. They add Semillon to fill out the wine’s flavour profile. The result is a classic Savvy/Semillon aroma and flavour profile of fresh-cut grass, pear and melon. It’s dry with a good melding of the fresh and fruity with a nice spiciness on the finish. Enjoy this wine with meaty fish.
