Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Argentine Chardonnay is known for its pure tropical fruit flavors, and a full-bodied style that makes it great for pairing with flavorful dishes. This 2007 doesn’t disappoint, delivering pineapple, white peach and guava enriched by a well-measured use of toasty oak. My note: Excellent structure with copious ripe tree fruit notes. Layers of perfumed flavor and a round, voluptuous texture. Food matches: smoked ham, quail, seafood with a cream-based sauce, camembert with calvados, baked ricotta on toast.
