Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A love and respect for the environment inspired the Ehrhart family to move towards organic production. The transformation is ongoing and is expected to be completed within one or two vintages. In the meantime, wrap your palate around this delectable, slightly off-dry Gewürztraminer. It features classic aromas and flavors of rose petals, lychee and spice. Serve it with mildly spicy seafood dishes. My note: Gorgeously rich and plush with just enough sweetness to make a killer combination with spicy and slightly sweet dishes. With today’s cooking, we need more wines like this. Classic notes of rose petals and lychees. Food matches: cheese, fish, poultry, spicy foods, curries and Asian dishes.
