Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Burgundy’s ‘other white grape', Aligoté, can, in skilled hands, make delightfully crisp and fresh wines at very approachable prices. Such is the case with this one from Domaine Saint Prix. Pale straw in colour, it’s bursting with citrus and mineral character on the nose. Dry, medium bodied, with snappy acidity providing structure and citrus fruit persisting on the lip-smacking finish.
