Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This is a simply gorgeous wine. The complex nose carries tones of vanilla, apple, citrus, toasted almond, butterscotch and ripe fruit. The palate is equally rich and rewarding, with great structure and balance throughout. Lively acidity carries through to the end of the lip-smacking finish. Delicious now or it will evolve over 5 years into an even more intriguing experience. My note: Stunning wine! Loaded with green apple and white peach with some butter and smoke and a long almond-infused finish. Food matches: lightly seasoned chicken dishes, fuller-flavoured fish.
