Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Two stars from the esteemed Hachette wine guide is lofty praise: it denotes "a remarkable wine." Laurence, Dominique and Jean-François Vaillant are continuing a family tradition that dates back to the 17th century. In 2006, they began the process of converting to organic viticulture and orienting themselves towards biodynamics: their vineyards have benefited, and the wines as well, which are collecting stars and making our favourites list ... this Anjou exudes ripe red fruit. On the palate, it's delicate and well-balanced, finishing with evocations of morello cherry. A stimulating wine. Source: Guide Hachette |
