Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A Pinot Noir made with exceptional varietal precision, featuring aromas of rose petals, sour cherry and a hint of dried meat. Dry with good fruit and fine, balancing acids and tannins. There is a vibrancy to the whole enterprise that will reward enjoyment tonight with grilled game bird, or cellar it for 2-4 years. My note: Fleshy ripe cherries and beetroot. Smooth texture with a lovely long finish. Terrific mouth-watering acidity. Food matches: mushroom and truffle dishes, coq au vin (chicken cooked in red wine), beef bourguignonne (beef cooked in red wine), grilled salmon, cassoulet.
