One of those big, spicy, full-bodied reds that I like.
Winner of a Gold Medal at the prestigious Concours des Vins Orange 2011. Deep ruby-purple colour with expressive, layered aromas of raspberries, sun-warmed blueberries, lavender, cracked pepper, anise, bacon fat and a hint of smoke. It’s dry, with a mouthfilling core of dense rich fruit surrounded by ripe youthful tannins and backed by bright acidity. Quite flavourful with a lengthy finish, it has the framework to improve in cellar over the next 3-5 years but could be enjoyed now. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
