Tasting note:

This organic wine, a blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Cinsault, has just 6 mg/l of free sulphur. My note: I delicious, full-bodied wine with rustic simplicity. Notes of underbrush, cedar, dark berries and smoke. Food matches: meatloaf, roast beef, romano cheese, ostrich, lamp shank.
