Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | A blend of two rather important Greek white grape varieties, Assyrtiko and Rhoditis. Light brass-gold. Fairly intense nose of chalk, riverbed, ripe apple, pear (Asian and Bosc), beeswax, plus a hint of wildflower. Dry, medium bodied, quite racy with a good core of fruit. Baked apple and citrus notes also come through on the palate, plus some nice smoky notes. Long, flinty/fruity finish. When preparing the menu, you can’t go wrong with grilled seafood.
