Vintages Wine Panel: From the hills just above this famed Côte de Beaune house come some great wines offering eye-popping values, such as this 100% Pinot Noir beauty. Brimming with aromas and flavors of black cherry, beetroot and freshly tilled earth, this shows classic Burgundy character in a very approachable style. Enjoy it. My note: A terrific, vibrant Pinot Noir for the money! Burgundy doesn’t come much more value-priced than this for such tasty quality. Ripe, tart cherries dance across the palate with a silky texture and medium body. A beetroot-infused finish that’s pleasantly long. I love this mouth-watering style of wine. Food matches: beef stew, grilled root veggie dishes.
