Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Chasselas is the second-most-planted grape variety in Switzerland, but probably the wine most closely associated with the alpine nation. If you’re not into fondue parties, don’t worry, it’s an excellent white to have around for all kinds of summer refreshment. Pale straw in colour, this 100% Chasselas displays notes of grapefruit, apple, mineral, light flowers and a slight leesy note on the nose. It’s dry with a touch of spritz and medium acidity balancing the apple and citrus fruit flavours. A refreshing summer sipper. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
