Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: From the world’s most famous appellation for rosé wines this is a rich, rose-petal pink colour with quite an intense and fruity nose. Prominent notes of strawberry, raspberry and spice along with a good sense of mineral. Medium bodied and ready to drink. Enjoy it tonight. My note: You can’t beat Tavel for rose, or go wrong with it: I’ve never had a bottle yet I didn’t like from this small region, knock on tetrapak! Raspberry aromas and lovely mouth-watering zestiness. So perfect for so many foods and occasions. Food matches: chicken satay with a light sauce.
