To even appear in Guide Hachette is an acknowledgement of high-quality winemaking. A One Star rating is considered Very Good under their stringent rules. This 14 ha domain, for the most part located in the Crozes-Hermitage AC, has been producing wine for the last two years. This vintage confirms last year’s positive first impression. This dark-coloured 2007 offers an intense bouquet of cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant and eucalyptus. It’s a concentrated, beautiful and stylish wine that shows a little touch of oak.
