Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This Gold Medal winner (at the prestigious Rhône competition Concours des Vins Orange 2010) is classic Châteauneuf, featuring blackberry, dark chocolate and spice aromas. Dry with very good fruit replays. It is impeccably balanced by firm tannins and fresh acidity. Cellar it for up to 5+ years, or enjoy it tonight. My note: Blackberry and black cherry liqueur-like concentration. Full-bodied and smooth with incredible depth. Wonderful for barbecues and meaty dishes. Food matches: rare leg of lamb.
