Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Exceptional value. Rich with lots of spicy blackberry, lavender, marzipan and licorice. Dry and juicy with exceptional aroma replays on the palate. My note: This organic wine has attractive aromas of fresh ground pepper, raspberries, red currants and minerals. A mouth-filling round wine. Food matches: cassoulet, rare beef, partridge, beef bourguignonne, fougerus cheese, pasta with herbed tomato sauce.
