Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Saint-Chinian red wines may contain several of the Midi’s usual suspects (Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and others), but they are generally stylishly handled, as they are here. Strawberry, garrigue (the scent of fresh herbs that pervades the air) and raspberry dominate. Dry, with good fruit flavours, balancing gentle acidity and ripe tannins. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
