Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: The largest appellation in the Northern Rhône, Crozes-Hermitage is known for producing elegant, fruity reds made from the Syrah grape. This deep ruby-coloured three-year-old is ageing beautifully. Aromas of raspberry, blueberry, peppery spice and smoke waft gently from the glass. These scents each in turn emerge on the fruit-forward palate. It will continue to evolve over the next few years, but will be a wonderful complement now to roast rack of lamb with garlic and rosemary. My note: Lovely peppered raspberries and a full-bodied, velvet texture. Love it! Delivers so much pleasure and happiness.
