Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Gold Medal winner at the 2010 Concours des Vins de la Foire d’Avignon. Quite an intense, intriguing Rhône blend. Medium-deep ruby in the glass, it sports aromas of blueberry, blackberry, forest floor, smoked meat and black pepper. Dry, medium bodied, with a lovely velvety texture. Spicy, peppery finish. Tannins are still youthful, suggesting this wine will evolve nicely over the next 2-3 years. My note : Purple plums, blueberries and blackberries in a hedonistic jumble mingle in this glass. Full-bodied, smooth and mouth-watering. Perfect barbecue wine or potluck gathering offering. Food matches: herbed grilled-rare beef.
