Guide Hachette’s rating system is such that a score of 1 star out of 3 is considered an excellent wine. (Translated from the French) Based in Orschwiller since the beginning of the 18th century, this domaine operates 12 hectares of vines around the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle. Its crémant, 8o% Auxerrois and 20% Riesling, shows fine bubbles and a bright yellow colour. Its young and fresh nose offers lively aromas.
