Tasting note:

A vibrant and refreshing wine with notes of zesty citrus, lime, rose petal and lychee. Crisp and satisfying with a pleasing vivacious style. Food matches: gouda cheese, foie gras, grilled salmon in ginger and soy sauce, lobster, sweet potato.
