Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: The 2005 Les Cimels won a Coup de Coeur, the highest rating from France’s Guide Hachette 2007. Owner/winemaker Diane de Puymorin is part of the new wave of young French winemakers who have broken onto the scene in the last decade. She produces rich, concentrated wines resulting from low yields and careful vineyard management. My note: Lovely balance with lip-smacking delicious notes of ripe plums and berries.
