Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This family-run producer was named Winery of the Year for 2006-07 by Winestate Magazine, and winemaker Steve Webber was named Winemaker of the Year for 2007 by Gourmet Traveller Wine. Big and bold-flavored Petite Sirah, like this example, is capturing the hearts and minds of wine lovers worldwide. Look for ripe cherry fruit, vanilla and oak in this smooth and generous wine. My note: Fantastic value! Dark red fruit notes with mouth-watering juiciness. Full-bodied. Food matches: gourmet burgers, braised short ribs.
