Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Offering notes of pear, stone fruit, and wet stones on the nose. The palate is moderately sweet, with a nice seam of acidity that provides great balance and ageability (easily 3-6 years or more). This appealing wine closes with a long, balanced finish and makes a great sipper. My note: Ripely sweet pear and peach notes: sublime! Great acidity… so amazing with so many dishes. Incredibly great price. Food matches: gourmet spicy pork sausages.

Mark Cochrane rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review: This is a medium sweet wine with a light golden yellow colour in the glass. There's aromas of pear and stone fruit and it's also a bit floral. There's a substantial amount of residual sugar to balance the acidity and with a ABV of 9.7%, it is a sipping wine. I tried pairing this wine with a port flavoured pate but I found that it didn't quite work. It might work better with a spicy dish like BBQ Italian sausages.
