Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | The Lionheart of the Barossa name is given to this wine because it’s sourced from the oldest, gnarliest vines on the property, resulting in a more intensely flavoured Shiraz. Inky purple. Aromatic, exotic nose displays blackberry, fresh flowers, cola, licorice and smoke. Broad, fleshy and alluringly sweet, offering powerful, deep black and blue fruit flavors and a hint of peppery spice. Shows very good depth of flavor and an exotic, liqueur-like aspect. Finishes smooth, with big, broad tannins and serious cling. Score: 90 Source: Josh Raynolds, International Wine Cellar |
