Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This wine won a Silver Medal at the 2008 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Impressive ’05 featuring raspberry, plum and dark chocolate aromas. Dry with a ripe fruit centre surrounded by fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Will reward 2-3 years in a cellar, but why wait? Enjoy it tonight. My note: A pleasant wine with excellent balance and finesse. Classic Bordeaux notes of blackberry, cassis and cigar box. Food matches: steak, roast leg of lamb.
